Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Bow Wow Doge Battle. By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing the game, you agree to these Terms.

Official distribution notice: Bow Wow Doge Battle is officially distributed only through Google Play and other official app store listings or channels expressly published by SSGamer. SSGamer does not officially publish, distribute, promote, monetize, or provide official support for the game in Mainland China. Copies of the game obtained from unofficial APK websites, third-party app stores, reposted packages, modified packages, or other non-official sources are not authorized by SSGamer.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the game.

1. About the Game

Bow Wow Doge Battle is a humorous PvP mobile game where players control dog characters and compete using microphone-based gameplay. The game may include random PvP matchmaking, Friend Battle room codes, microphone-based sound detection, realtime voice in supported modes, global and language-based chat, default in-game avatar selections, nicknames, rankings, leaderboards, energy, rewarded ads, banner ads, and optional in-app purchases only in supported countries or regions.

2. Official Distribution and Unsupported Regions

Bow Wow Doge Battle is officially distributed only through Google Play and other official app store listings or channels expressly published by SSGamer. Unless SSGamer clearly states otherwise, any APK, IPA, modified client, reposted client, mirror download, or third-party store listing is not an official distribution channel.

Mainland China is not currently an officially supported region for Bow Wow Doge Battle. The availability of Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, or any other language in the game is provided for players in supported regions and Chinese-speaking communities, and does not mean that the game is officially published, distributed, promoted, monetized, or supported in Mainland China.

If you access the game from an unsupported region, or through an unofficial installation source, you understand that some or all online features may be limited, suspended, blocked, unavailable, unstable, or removed without prior notice. This may include login, matchmaking, realtime battles, chat, voice chat, microphone features, leaderboards, rankings, rewards, ads, purchases, support, and data recovery.

You are responsible for complying with the laws and platform rules that apply in your location. If local laws or platform rules do not allow you to access or use the game, you must stop using the game.

3. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required in your country to use the game. If you are under the age of legal consent, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for complying with your local laws and platform rules.

4. Barking Gameplay Consent

You also understand and agree that:

• Winning may depend on how strongly, accurately, or consistently the game detects your barking-like sound.
• Other players may hear your voice, barking-like sounds, or background audio in modes where realtime voice is enabled.
• You may also hear barking-like sounds, voices, or background audio from other players.
• The game is intended as lighthearted entertainment and is not intended to insult, degrade, humiliate, or discriminate against any player.
• If you feel uncomfortable making barking-like sounds or hearing other players make such sounds, you should not use microphone-based or voice-enabled modes.
• You must not use barking, voice, chat, names, or gameplay behavior to harass, insult, humiliate, threaten, discriminate against, or target other players.

We may restrict voice access, mute, suspend, or ban players who use microphone or voice features in an abusive, hateful, sexually inappropriate, threatening, or harassing way.

5. Microphone Use

Microphone access is part of the core gameplay. You agree that the game may use your microphone to detect barking-like sounds, sound strength, volume level, timing, and voice communication in supported modes.

SSGamer does not record, store, save, upload, archive, or keep copies of microphone audio, voice conversations, barking sounds, or other microphone recordings on its game servers.

Microphone audio may be processed locally on your device for gameplay detection or transmitted in realtime through supported voice services to provide live communication. This realtime processing does not mean that SSGamer stores microphone recordings.

You must not use microphone or voice features to harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, scam, share personal information, transmit illegal content, or disturb other players.

6. Account and Player Identity

The game may create or use a player ID to save your progress, rank, nickname, selected default in-game avatar ID, purchases, and other gameplay data. The game does not collect or upload custom profile photos.

You are responsible for activity associated with your player ID or device. Do not access another player’s account, impersonate another player, or interfere with another player’s data.

7. Chat and User Content

Players may create content through chat, names, messages, voice, and other interactive features. You are responsible for the content you submit.

You agree not to post, transmit, or create content that includes:

• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or bullying.
• Sexual content or sexually inappropriate behavior.
• Spam, scams, phishing, malicious links, or fake promotions.
• Personal information about yourself or others.
• Cheats, hacks, exploits, or instructions for abuse.
• Impersonation of admins, moderators, developers, or other players.
• Content that violates laws, platform policies, or these Terms.

We may remove content, restrict chat, mute users, reset names, suspend accounts, or ban players at our discretion.

8. Fair Play

You agree not to cheat, hack, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, exploit, automate, manipulate, overload, disrupt, or attack the game, its servers, its realtime systems, or its third-party services.

You must not manipulate matchmaking, rank, energy, ads, purchases, rewards, server responses, or game logic.

Violations may result in warnings, rank reset, reward removal, suspension, permanent ban, or other action.

9. Energy and Rewards

The game may use an energy system for PvP gameplay. Energy may recover over time or be obtained through rewarded ads or other in-game methods.

Rewarded ads require successful ad completion. If an ad fails, is skipped, unavailable, or interrupted due to network issues, the reward may not be granted.

We may adjust energy values, cooldowns, rewards, ads, rank formulas, and gameplay balance at any time.

10. In-App Purchases

Bow Wow Doge Battle may offer optional in-app purchases, including remove ads and voluntary support packages, only in supported countries or regions.

Optional in-app purchases may not be available in all countries or regions. In some countries or regions, purchases may be unavailable and the game may be offered as free-to-play without paid purchase options.

Support packages are voluntary and do not increase player power, rank, match advantage, or competitive strength.

All purchases must be made through official platform payment systems such as Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase. Do not make payments outside the game to anyone claiming to be an admin, moderator, or developer unless it is through an official channel clearly provided by SSGamer.

11. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the policies of the platform where you made the purchase, such as Google Play or Apple App Store.

We may not be able to directly issue refunds for purchases processed by app stores. However, you may contact us at vansias.it@gmail.com for support with purchase verification or restoration.

12. Ads

The game may show rewarded ads, banner ads, and other ad formats. Ads may be provided by third-party ad networks such as Google AdMob.

Ad availability may vary by country, device, user, network condition, and ad provider inventory.

We are not responsible for all third-party ad content, but we may report or block inappropriate ads where possible.

13. Admin and Support Safety

Official SSGamer support will never ask for your password, full payment card information, private personal information, off-platform payment in chat, or remote control access to your device.

If someone in chat claims to be an admin and asks for personal data or payment, report them immediately.

14. Suspension, Regional Limits, and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, rate limit, region-limit, or terminate access to the game if you violate these Terms, violate Community Guidelines, cheat, exploit, abuse chat or voice, attempt fraud, fake purchases, chargeback abuse, disrupt services, access the game through unauthorized or modified clients, or create legal, safety, security, server stability, or operational risks.

We may limit or block access from unsupported regions, unofficial distribution sources, excessive traffic sources, suspicious networks, automated clients, emulators, VPN/proxy abuse, or other sources that create server overload, security risk, legal risk, moderation burden, or unfair gameplay.

We may also remove rankings, rewards, chat access, or purchase-related abuse benefits when necessary.

15. Service Availability

The game may depend on third-party services such as Photon, Google AdMob, Google Play, Apple App Store, and server/VPS providers.

Online services are provided on a best-effort basis. We may apply traffic controls, rate limits, regional restrictions, feature restrictions, server maintenance, or emergency protections to preserve stability and protect supported players.

We do not guarantee that the game will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device. Features may be changed, paused, removed, or updated at any time.

16. Updates and Changes

We may update the game to fix bugs, improve gameplay, add features, remove features, adjust balance, or comply with platform requirements. Some updates may be required to continue playing.

17. Intellectual Property

Bow Wow Doge Battle, including its name, game design, characters, code, art, UI, sounds, logos, and server systems, belongs to SSGamer or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, reverse engineer, or use game assets without permission.

18. User Content License

When you submit content such as nickname, chat messages, selected default in-game avatar ID, or other in-game content, you grant SSGamer a limited license to use, store, display, moderate, and process that content for operating, securing, and improving the game. This license does not mean that SSGamer records or stores microphone audio; microphone audio is not saved by SSGamer.

You remain responsible for your own content.

19. Disclaimer

The game is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantee that the game will meet all expectations, be error-free, or always operate without interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSGamer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the game.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the game or in-app purchases during the period allowed by applicable law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some parts may not apply to you.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we may notify players in the game, on our website, or through the app store listing.

Continued use of the game after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
